If for any reason you want to couple a Custom-Wheel to the visual-back of a SCT, AND permanently instal a large 48mm filter (eg IR-Blocker), then this adapter should be used to couple the Custom-Wheel, in conjunction with a 2PFM-SCTM adapter. This allows a filter to be installed, and rotational adjustment to be achieved.
