From  M4

Turn off at M4 Junction 12 (Reading West/Theale), go along the A4 towards Newbury for about 4.5 miles, then turn left at a small roundabout to Aldermaston. In the village, go across the mini-roundabout, up a slight slope of about 200 yards, then turn left (there is a sign on the wall saying Church Road leading to Red Lane). Just keep going on this road - about 1.5 miles ! You will eventually see the Atomic Weapons Establishment on the right, then a rugby pitch on the left, and just after this the road bears left. After another 200 yards you will come to a cross-roads. We are the last house on the left before the cross-roads.

From M3

From the M3 turn off at Junction 6 (Basingstoke), go around the ring-road (A339 towards Newbury) and take the A340 to Tadley and Aldermaston.    After you reach Tadley (approx 6 miles), go straight through the village, and at the top you will eventually have to turn left. Get into the Right-Hand lane, and take the Reading road which goes past the main gate of the Atomic Weapons Establishment.  Keep going to the end of the AWE fence and you come to a roundabout. Go straight across (towards Burghfield/Reaading) and then 150 yards further on turn off sharp left into Red Lane. Turn immediately right into our drive.
