A hand-knob is situated on the CCD side of the Custom-Wheel as shown, or exceptionally can be fitted on the telescope side if there is insufficient clearance for a large camera to be attached. In this image a versatile (A) M42 'drop-down' adapter is used to convert the SCT thread to M42 female, enabling the large range of True Technology adapters for their flip-mirror range, to be accommodated. Here a (B) M42B adapter is used with a 'Pentax' (C) T-Ring to connect a CCD camera with M42 x 1.0 thread (eg SX CCD camera)
