On inserting a 3.5mm jack, and then pressing HOME/RESET (or powering on with jack plug already inserted), the HU-S will default to pulse (SBIG+) mode. Details of this are on the jackplug page. Note that with no jack plug inserted, on power up or pressing HOME/REST, the unit will default to True Tech mode.
